You’re welcome to pause your subscription at any time. Here’s how to skip your next box:
- Kindly log in to your account here
- Click on “Manage My Subscription”
- Choose “Skip” next to your upcoming box
- Be sure to use the same email you used at checkout to log in.

I can’t log into my account. What should I do?
Let’s get that sorted quickly. Please try the following:
- After your first order, you should’ve received an activation email with the subject line: “Activate your account – Hooks & Needles”.
- If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folders.
- Log in here using the same email you used when ordering.
- Forgot your password? Just click “Forgot password” on the login page to reset it.

My discount code is not working.
If your code isn’t going through, here’s what to check:
- Only one discount can be applied per order - if your cart already has a special offer (like 10% off or a free gift), other codes won’t work.
- Check your cart total - if a discount is already applied, it’ll be listed there.
- Make sure there are no typos - enter the code exactly as shown, with no extra spaces.
- Has the code expired? Some offers are time-sensitive.

How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hooksneedles.com
Just a quick note: canceling your subscription won’t automatically cancel your next box. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do everything we can to stop it in time.
I haven’t received my free gift. What should I do?
Your free gift is always included inside your box - it’s not sent separately.
- Even if it shows up as a separate item in your order summary, it’s packed together with everything else.
- Your magazine includes a full list of what’s inside, including which item is your free gift.
If you’re not sure you received it, please send us a photo of your box contents to support@hooksneedles.com - we’ll be happy to take a look and make sure everything’s there.

At this time, customization is not available. The content of our boxes is pre-set to ensure a premium selection process.

When will my box be shipped?
Your first box ships IMMEDIATELY after you subscribe and arrives within 2-6 days. Future boxes are sent out on the 7th of each month.
Can I change my delivery frequency or skip a box?
Yes! You can adjust the frequency of your boxes, receiving them bi-monthly, quarterly, or at other intervals. And, if circumstances demand it, you can skip a box, too! Simply:
- Log into your account
- Navigate to "Manage My Subscription"
- Adjust to your preference.
Can I gift Hooks & Needles Box to a loved one?
Yes! Our kits make perfect gifts! Knitting and crocheting are known for their soothing and creative benefits. Each box comes in beautiful packaging — making your gift even more special and thoughtful.

What happens if I resubscribe after canceling my subscription?
When you resubscribe after cancellation, we ensure your boxes pick up right where you left off.

How does the payment work?
Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Discover, and Amex. The first charge occurs at the subscription time, while future charges happen on the 7th of each month.
Please note that the price of your first box is what you'll pay for all future boxes. Discount codes apply only to the first box.
Rest assured, your billing is automatic, ensuring a seamless and worry-free experience throughout your subscription.
What happens if my credit card is declined?
Some banks may flag our charges as international. If your payment is declined, please authorize international transactions with your bank.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within the US is only $5.97! Your first box ships immediately and will arrive in 2-6 days. However, some items may take a little longer (up to 8 - 14 days). For specific product shipping information, please refer to the product page.
