  • Kindly log in to your account here: https://hooksneedles.com/account/login Click on “Manage My Subscription”
  • Choose “Skip” next to your upcoming box
  • Be sure to use the same email you used at checkout to log in

To access your account, make sure it has been activated. Please check the inbox of the email address used during your purchase for an activation link.
Also, be sure to check your spam or junk folder — sometimes the email can land there by mistake.

Our discount codes are not stackable, which means if a promotion or discount is already applied to your order, additional codes won’t be valid.
Please double-check your cart to ensure no other discounts are active.
It’s also important to check whether the code has expired. Most discount codes include information about their expiration date, so be sure to review the details from the source where you received the code.

To cancel an order, you’ll need to reach out directly to our Customer Support Team at support@hooksneedles.com .
Please note: canceling your subscription does not automatically cancel an order that’s already been placed.
