When you subscribe to Hooks & Needles, a new box with different supplies gets delivered right to your doorstep each month. You will be billed for this service monthly until you decide to cancel your subscription (which can be done ANYTIME and for ANY reason by simply contacting our customer support).

Each box includes 2-4 high quality exclusive yarn, a magazine with useful tips & tricks and a project to create! Additional small craft supplies included: needles, stitch markers and many more surprises!
Will I receive different items each month?

Your first box will be shipped immediately, and you’ll receive it within the next 2-6 days. All the following boxes will be sent on the 7th of each month.

Is billing automatic, and when will the charge occur?
Yes. You will be charged immediately after your initial order. All future payments will occur on the 7th of every month.
Will the price of the future boxes change if I got it on sale?
No. The price that you paid for the first box will be fixed for the remainder of your subscription, and all of the future boxes will cost the same. Most discounts applies only for first box.
I signed up for the subscription at the end of the month. Why didn't I get charged for the second box the following month?
Since our charges normally occur on the 7th of each month, in such cases, to avoid charges that are too close together, your first box serves as the next month’s box. The next charge will occur on the 7th of the following month, and you will receive your second box 4-5 days after the charge.
How do I update my credit card information?

My credit card is being declined. What should I do?

Love my Hooks & Needles kit. I tried color work for the first time and the video tutorial was great. It was fun and my hat is adorable!
Fun to make, relaxing and pattern easy to follow
I just finished the Ombré Hat from my first Hooks and Needles kit. While I have never worked with circular needles, the work went smoothly and the hat looks great. The tutorials were a big help. I can’t wait to start my next project.

Absolutely loved this subscription box! Whether you’re a seasoned crocheter or new to the craft this is an amazing kit. My favorites are the super soft yarn, scissors and the little needle container. I already made a super adorable little whale shark with my yarn!
With box #3, I’m knitting the spiral hat. I have just finished knitting the ribbing. I have never done the spiral pattern; planning to watch the video to see how to do it.
I love the crochet kits. I have been crocheting for 2 years now, learning so much. I have made this granny square tote for the first time. I have added one more square. My favorite thing to make is flowers. Have to say again, love the kits.
